The Eagle Run Project was a complete interior renovation that transformed the layout, functionality, and feel of the existing home.

The renovation included extensive structural work and the relocation of walls to create a more functional layout throughout the home. The Woodridge team added a brand new primary bathroom, a completely redesigned kitchen with a butler’s pantry, and a new nanny suite in the basement.

Alongside the interior renovations, the home received a complete mechanical upgrade, bringing its systems up to date to support the newly renovated spaces.
