Your Pool, Built for Your Property.
A swimming pool is rarely just a pool. It’s an opportunity to rethink the entire outdoor space and transform the way a property looks, feels, and functions.
At Woodridge Construction, we approach residential swimming pool construction as part of a complete property transformation. Rather than treating the pool as a standalone feature, we consider how it works with your home, landscape, outdoor living spaces, and the way you want to use the property.
From excavation, structural concrete, and pool mechanical systems to hot tubs, patios, decks, landscaping, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces, our construction experience allows us to coordinate the many elements required to bring the project together.
Building in the Sea to Sky Corridor comes with its own challenges. Tight access, steep terrain, rock, drainage, and existing structures can all affect how a custom swimming pool project comes together. Our local construction experience allows us to work through these conditions and find practical solutions without losing sight of the finished vision.
Whether you're planning a new pool and hot tub or a complete backyard transformation, our goal is to create an outdoor space that feels like a natural extension of your home and a meaningful transformation of your property.
More Than Pool Construction
Custom Pool Construction
Swimming pools designed and built around your property, vision, lifestyle, and site conditions.
Construction Expertise
From excavation and structural concrete to complex site conditions, we understand the construction requirements behind a successful pool project.
Integrated Outdoor Spaces
We consider the pool alongside patios, decks, hot tubs, landscaping, retaining walls, and other outdoor living spaces.
Project Coordination
We coordinate the moving parts of the project to create a cohesive finished space rather than treating each element as a separate job.
FEATURED RESIDENTIAL SWIMMING POOL PROJECTS
See how our approach translates from concept to completed project.
Dowad Pool, Squamish, BC
The Dowad Pool was a complex custom concrete pool project, featuring an exceptionally deep nine-foot pool, raised hot tub, and a mechanical room constructed beneath the existing deck. With just six feet of access along the home, careful planning and coordination were essential from excavation through completion.
Thunderbird Pool, Squamish, BC
The Thunderbird Pool features a unique mechanical room constructed directly beneath the pool’s deep end, keeping equipment discreetly out of sight while maximizing valuable yard space. Integrated into a larger home renovation, the custom pool created a seamless outdoor space for swimming, relaxation, and entertaining.
