When we first met with Ryan to go over our project, there were many moving pieces, namely an unfinished home and landscape. We wanted a beautiful fence to cap off our new and modern home and Ryan walked us through the process step by step, even with an inconsistent terrain and already-built hardscape. He gave us many options and let us know what was and wasn’t doable.

He and his team were even able to fit our outdoor project in before the weather changed and finished on time and within budget. We will absolutely be using Woodridge for our next construction project and would 100% recommend them for any of your construction needs.

Ryan helped us with a suite conversion. We are very happy with the end product. He knows all the trades in town and got it done super fast in a difficult labour market. He helped guide us through some decisions to get the best results. I know who I will be calling for our next job.

I have used Ryan for over 4 years and I am so happy that I found him. I bought an investment property in 2017 in Squamish and Ryan helped to completely upgrade the entire house and add a basement suite in the unfinished basement. Not only was Ryan great to work with for the first major project but he is also willing and able to help out with follow on projects. Last year, for example, he came back to install new double pane windows in all of the bedrooms, and this year he helped with repairing and replacing some siding on the roof that was missing and or damaged. All in all, I cannot recommend Woodridge Construction highly enough.

We hired Woodridge to transform an old rancher we purchased, into our dream home. It was a full gut down to the studs, asbestos removal, plumbing, and electrical upgrade, driveway, landscaping and hardscaping, new pool complete with pergolas, it all far surpassed anything we could have imagined. Ryan, his team and the trades he hired, were attentive, professional, very thorough, and a pleasure to work with. They took the time to explain things when needed, made suggestions and provided reasoning as to why an alternative may be more suitable, which I very much appreciated, it was an added level of comfort knowing they were invested and cared about us and the outcome. When it comes to renovations Ryan and the Woodridge team are the way to go. On-time, on budget, and professional. Ryan communicated well during the whole process and always left the space clean and tidy, which is so important when living in the space during renovations. Honest, efficient, and high-quality construction. They completely renovated my bathroom and elevated deck area. I would recommend them highly to any of my friends or family without hesitation. The bathroom was a complicated fix because of the location in the house, but they managed to work around difficult circumstances to get the job done. The deck was more straight forward, with a long set of winding stairs. The finished product has been durable and looks stellar.

We used Woodridge Construction for the complete renovation of our home in 2008-2009. They do excellent work and are one of the few trades that I've hired that think about things before they start. They don't just do it the way they've always done it etc.
