Here are just a few of the major changes we made in collaboration with a local designer and architect:

• Extended the home by 12 feet at the rear, increasing the overall square footage

• Fully gutted the interior down to the studs for a complete structural and style overhaul

• Added a third floor to create more space for bedrooms and family living

• Built a brand-new 2-bedroom income suite in the basement

• Designed and installed a chef’s kitchen with custom cabinetry and an island built onsite in the client’s own workshop

• Upgraded finishes throughout, including wide plank flooring and new appliances to boost resale value

• Built a large deck off the back of the home, ready to support a future hot tub for outdoor enjoyment

 

This project is a great example of how a standard build can be transformed into something truly unique and personal.
